Here is an example of dodge and burn in Lightroom:
Step 1. One way to dodge and burn is to take a brush, set the flow and density around 80, boost the exposure to 0,71 (depending on your photo) and brush over some part of the photo to highlight some points:
Step 2. You can also use the same setting and add some clarity to it to make it stand out even more:
Step 3. Another way to dodge and burn is to take a radial filter, invert the mask, feather it to 100 and boost the exposure. It is the same idea as above with brush but you can just duplicate your radial filter and highlight some part of the photo to make them stand out:
Here is the final result, it complexify the light and make the overall photo more interesting.
